    General:

    What are your hours of operation?
    Our customer service hours are 8:00 am to noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. You may reach customer service at 806.743.2016 or printingcenter@ttuhsc.edu

    Where is your company located?
    In the basement of the TTUHSC, 3601 4th St. Room BC351, Lubbock, Texas, but we serve customers throughout the Texas Tech University System. We can ground ship to most locations overnight.

    Products/Ordering:

    What types of products do you print?
    We print just about anything on paper including posters, postcards, brochures, booklets, business cards, catalogs, presentation folders, labels and many other items.

    Can I place my order and have my graphic designer upload files separately?
    Yes, you can place an order first and then have your graphic designer upload files later. Easy upload instructions are provided with each order.

    Can I track my order history online or check on the status of an open order?
    Yes, each user at your company who places orders can view their own order history. Click on a job to see it's current status.

    How do I get an instant quote?
    First look at the catalog page and see the pricing for common items there. If you don't see what you were looking for there, go to the estimate page and enter your specs. During business hours we have customer service waiting to take your specifications if they exceed the capabilities of the web site. Chances are we'll give you an instant quote when you call to explain the job details.

    What if I want to order more than one version at the same time?
    This is easily handled. Just provide the artwork, or the information and we will build your order. We can take a spreadsheet with data for thousands of employees and generate the order effortlessly. Several of our business card templates allow you to upload data in a spreadsheet format. Contact customer service if you need a specific product modified for bulk processing.

    What if I need my order shipped to more than one location?
    Yes, we can provide custom fulfillment services and pack different quantities to be sent to hundreds of different locations. We can also insert additional components into the material we print.

    I need my order in a few days. Can you help me?
    One of our specialties is meeting deadlines that other printing companies cannot. We can deliver very quickly inside the 3601 4th Street building and we also have special shipping contracts that often allow us to overnight freight for a lot less than you would normally pay. If shows the rates for expedited shipping online when you place your order. Please contact customer service for assistance with this type of order if needed.

    How long does it take to get a proof?
    Many items, like business cards, will give you a “live” proof as you make your modifications. You approve when you submit your order. Those items are designed to be in compliance with applicable identity guidelines. You only need to make sure accent marks, length of fields and certain obvious features are reviewed. If you would like our designer's to make modifications or fully design your project, you will receive a proof shortly after we receive your art files. If you want a “one off” press proof it can be sent overnight to you in most cases.

    File Transfer:

    How do I upload my files?
    After you place your order, you will be directed to a file upload page. If you are not ready to upload your files at that time, you or your graphic designer can upload your files later.

    What is the largest file I can upload?
    We accept files up to 1 Gig via our File Upload page. For files larger than this, please contact customer service for special file upload instructions. Additional collaborative options and significantly larger file sizes will be available as TTUHSC integrates Box services. Please contact Printing Center customer service if you have any special needs.
